How we help—diagnostic reviews, transitions, and fractional leadership

Oxano Group helps growth-stage organizations reduce operational friction, strengthen structure, and improve execution. We meet you where you are in your growth-journey with three service options.

Diagnostic Lens Reviews

An assessment that cuts through complexity to reveal root causes, expose operational and financial risks, and highlight high-impact opportunities. Focused within areas that most often slow, or are required precursors to, growth—delivering prioritized findings and a clear path forward.

Timeframe: 30-45 days

Structural Transitions

When internal capacity limits the ability to internally implement change, a Structural Transition engages experienced Oxano experts. Aligning roles, decision rights, and governance—ensuring growth is supported by clarity and accountability.

Timeframe: 1-6 months

Fractional Leadership

Fractional Executive Leadership delivers experienced, hands-on support (COO, CFO, CTO, and more) to drive execution, stabilize operations, and build the systems and teams required to scale—extending leadership capacity without the commitment of a full-time hire.

Timeframe: 6+ months

Many clients start with a focused diagnostic to get clarity and quick wins, then move into transition support and/or fractional leadership to implement and sustain change. Organizations may choose to engage directly in transition or fractional leadership.

Frequently asked questions

A few quick answers to help you understand fit, timing, and how engagements work.

How do I know which service path to choose?

If you need clarity on root causes, start with a diagnostic Lens Review. If you already know the changes required and need implementation support, choose Structural Transitions. If you need hands-on leadership to drive execution and build the operating system, Fractional Executive Leadership is the best fit. If you’re unsure, we’ll recommend the right path that results from an intro call.

What does a typical timeline look like?

Timelines vary by service path and scope. Focused diagnostics can often be completed in a few weeks, while structural transition support and fractional leadership typically run over multiple months. After an intro call, we’ll confirm scope and cadence and share clear timeline expectations.

What deliverables should we expect?

Deliverables are tailored to the engagement and are outlined within each of the three service paths noted above.

How does pricing work?

Pricing is based on scope, complexity, and the level of leadership involvement required. Diagnostics are typically scoped as a fixed engagement; transition support and fractional leadership are usually structured as a monthly retainer tied to outcomes and cadence. After an initial consultation, we’ll provide a clear scope and commercial structure.

What types of organizations are a good fit?

Owner-led and PE-backed organizations, SMB leadership teams, and nonprofits that need stronger execution, clearer accountability, better financial visibility, or support through a growth stage or transition—often sub-$100M, but not exclusively.

How do we get started?

Let’s start with a conversation to share a bit about your goals and constraints. We’ll confirm fit, recommend the right service path, and outline next steps.
